Data deletion

1. How to request deletion of your data

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”.
  2. Tell us the network and profile (for example, instagram.com/your_username) or the email you used to contact us.
  3. Within 15 days, we delete or anonymise:
    • excerpts of your posts and the pseudonymised identifier linked to them;
    • your comments and messages recorded in our system;
    • contact details you sent us.
  4. We add your pseudonymised identifier to an exclusion list, so we don’t collect it again.
  5. We reply confirming what was done.

2. What may remain

If one of your posts was cited as a source in our content, we keep only the URL, the date and a summary written by us, without your username. On request, we remove the citation too. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

3. About our apps

Our apps on the Meta and LinkedIn platforms are used only by AVANTRIVE to manage its own pages. You do not log in to them, and they do not access your account.
